- The chosen treatment must be selected at the beginning of the stay and maintained for the entire period.
- Meals not consumed are non-refundable.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, the cost of the room will be charged.
- We strive to make your stay unforgettable, but if something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know so we can remedy it immediately.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit can be used for another period within the current season.
