A day in the hut
Midweek, we invite you to join us for a trip to our *maso*, a traditional mountain hut nestled among woods and meadows overlooking the mighty Pale di San Martino.

With us, you can share authentic mountain experiences, taste the typical cuisine of Primiero in the open air, while the children have fun jumping, running, playing ball and laughing. At the end of the day, we’ll return to the hotel happier and “better friends”.
How to get to the *maso*
Dismoni area
After the buffet breakfast, we are all ready for a peaceful walk of a couple of hours through woods, pastures, and beautiful scenery. Just a short distance from Hotel Panorama, the convenient forest road starts, leading from the Colfosco forest to Malga Crel and finally to Dismoni, a small green paradise.
The hotel’s shuttle bus is available for those who want to enjoy the day even if they don’t walk much. Alternatively, you can drive to Dismoni via a provincial road and a stretch of paved mountain road.

Typical dishes of Primiero
At the farm, Primiero cuisine is enriched by tradition and the joy of togetherness. Satisfy your hunger with a fresh aperitif featuring local cold cuts and cheeses, including the award-winning “Nostrano di Primiero.”
Polenta is prepared on the spot in a large pot and is accompanied by authentic Tosèla (a fresh Primiero curd grilled or cooked in butter), flavorful local sausages, grilled meat, mushrooms from our forests, and the “famous” Lamon beans.
Relax and Have Fun
The party continues
At the end of lunch, enjoy the famous Parampampoli by Daria, a “flaming” liqueur made with coffee, wine, honey, and aromatic herbs. Treat yourself to a dance to the rhythm of the accordion, while the little ones have fun playing on the freshly mowed meadows.
