After the buffet breakfast, we\u2019re ready for a leisurely walk<\/strong> lasting a couple of hours: a route surrounded by greenery, through woods and campigoli<\/em> (pastures), with views that lift your spirits from the very first step. <\/p>\n

Just a stone\u2019s throw from the Hotel Panorama, in fact, lies the easy forest track that crosses the Colfosco woods, passes by Malga Crel<\/strong> and leads to our destination: Dismoni<\/strong>, a little green paradise.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Here, you\u2019ll find the authentic flavours of Primiero, enhanced by tradition and the joy of dining al fresco.
We start with a refreshing aperitif featuring local cured meats and cheeses<\/strong>, including the award-winning \u201cNostrano di Primiero\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Then comes the star of the show: polenta freshly prepared in a cauldron<\/strong>, served with genuine Tos\u00e8la<\/strong> (a typical fresh curd cooked on the grill or in butter), local sausages<\/strong> and grilled meat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our destination is Dismoni<\/strong>: you can reach it by following the planned walking route, but the hotel car is available<\/strong> for those who wish to spend the day in good company without having to walk the entire route.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can also make your own way there by car (a stretch of country road and a stretch of tarmac mountain road).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
