Yes. At the Hotel Panorama, you’ll find genuine care for coeliac disease: many dishes, including breakfast pastries, can also be prepared gluten-free with meticulous care.
Do you also offer menus for dietary restrictions or special requirements?
Yes, we can prepare bespoke menus on request, such as lactose-free, vegetarian or tailored to specific dietary requirements.
Do you have an in-house restaurant for lunch?
At lunchtime, you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace: we have partnerships with selected local establishments in the area, offering special discounts for our guests (Malga Ces, Speckeller, Da Anita, Vecchia Fornace).

Yes: our wellness area is Alpine Essence SPA, an intimate and beautifully appointed retreat where you can relax after a day in the mountains.
What can I find at the Alpine Essence SPA?
You’ll find a full range of facilities, including sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, sensory showers/chromotherapy, a relaxation area, waterbed and herbal teas made from Alpine herbs.

Yes: we make practical choices every day (reducing plastic use, changing linen on request) and promote a more sustainable holiday that respects the local area.
Is it possible to get around San Martino without always using the car?

How far is the ski resort from the hotel?
The San Martino – Passo Rolle ski area is very close by: about 600 metres away, with a ski bus service.
Do you offer skiing services (ski passes, hire, ski storage)?
Yes: you can pre-order your ski pass and collect it at the hotel; there are partnered ski hire shops and a ski room with heated racks for storing your equipment.
Do you have snowshoes? Do you organise snow walks?
Yes 😊 We provide snowshoes free of charge (which we call craspe here) and, if you like, we can also take you on an easy and beautiful walk in the surrounding area.
Summer in San Martino di Castrozza
Do you organise any special activities in the summer?
Yes: as well as advice on trails and mountain huts, in summer we also offer a special experience such as lunch at a mountain hut (“En dì al maso”), an authentic day combining walking, nature and the flavours of Primiero.
Does the hotel have outdoor areas and facilities for children?
Yes: we have a private garden with panoramic views featuring relaxation areas and a playground with a playhouse and slide, a mini climbing wall and a trampoline.
