At the table, flavour meets the authenticity of local ingredients, reflecting the genuine family hospitality typical of Hotel Panorama. We offer half board with dinner, while at lunchtime we have agreements with Malga Ces and Speckkeller.

Our chef Michele proudly uses zero-kilometre products that the Primiero Valley has to offer, with its breeders, farmers, beekeepers, and producers of berries and mountain cheeses. The menu enhances traditional Trentino recipes, from irresistible first courses with homemade fresh pasta to tempting meat and fish dishes, not forgetting game and the desserts that change daily.

Our buffet breakfast is generous and varied. Michele carefully prepares a selection of cakes, delicious and wholesome, that will bring back childhood memories with the unique taste of “homemade.”

Among our proposals, you’ll find a wide choice of sweet and savory options, including eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and four types of milk (fresh cow’s milk, soy, almond, and lactose-free) to meet everyone’s needs. A corner dedicated to teas and herbal infusions further enriches the offer, and there is always a lactose-free cake, ensuring a sweet awakening for all our guests.
